Refund Policy

1. Returns

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide the proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the course that you have purchased from us, you can let us know that for any reason within 14 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

This course is a monthly recurring payment (subscription). Your first monthly payment is covered by our 14 days refund policy. For subsequent monthly payments, you can cancel at any time, but you won't be refunded the amount charged for a month that has already started. We do not provide prorated refunds for subscriptions.

TBO Indicator

The TBO (Trending Break-Out) Indicator is a software subscription and therefore non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, but you won't be refunded the amount charged for a month/year that has already started. We do not provide prorated refunds for subscriptions.
